چکیده

Abstract Despite advanced imaging techniques, more information on the extent of joint degeneration and modifications in tendon collagen content is required for selecting appropriate type shoulder prosthesis. The goal this study was to compare thermal parameters various tissue samples from patients who had arthroplasty correlate shifts with outcomes radiological histopathological assessments. Rotator cuff (ROC) tendon, hyaline cartilage, subchondral bone were obtained throughout surgery a comminuted 4-part proximal humerus fracture or tear arthropathy. Thermal measured using differential scanning calorimetry thermogravimetry (DTA/TG). ROC: effect damage visible denaturation curves osteoarthritis samples. Only moderately increased enthalpy melting temperature found trauma patients. Cartilage: revealed that structural change generated by pathologic conditions exceeded effects trauma. Bone: degenerative calcification decrease than Correlation: A statistically significant relationship between variables cartilage discovered. Authors suggest analysis may be useful diagnostic process orthopedic posttraumatic diseases.

Surveying the effects of silver nanoparticle on thermal properties of some calyx [4]arene compounds by Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC)

One of the best and the most active ways for surveying thermal behaviour of materials is using differential scanning calorimetry. In this paper, the authors have studied thermal behaviour for Schiff base ligand and their synthesized Cobalt, Nickel complexes. In this method, the sample is opposed to a controlled temperature change and its physical properties. Here we studied melting point and Tg...

Determination of the activation energy of crystallization based up on Ozawa and Kissinger formalisms and thermal stability of V2O5-NiO- TeO2 glasses by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC)

In the present research work, (60-x)V2O5-xNiO-40TeO2 amorphous bulk compositions with different molar percentages of 0≤x≤20 mol%, were prepared by well-known  rapid melt-quenching method. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) at different heating rates (φ) was used to thermal analyze and to obtain more insight in to the thermal stability, glass forming tendency and so calorimetric characteris...

Evaluation and Characterization of Free and Immobilized Acethylcholinesterase with Fluorescent Probe, Differential Scanning Calorimetry and Docking

Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) enzyme which catalyses the hydrolysis of choline esters, such as acetylcholine, is very important in nerve function. Previous structural studies showed the possible amyloid fibril formation on the AChE. Therefore it is important to understand interaction of ligands to prevent the formation of  amyloid fibrils. The purpose of the present study was to  char...
